Included in your purchase is a delicate sterling silver cable chain or delicate sterling silver box chain. If your listing is shown with a cable chain, but you prefer a box chain or vice versa, just note this in the space provided at purchase or choose your preference from the drop down menu (if available).
This listing will upgrade you to a 1.5 mm bead chain or double rope cable chain. (The two chains shown to the right)
Choose from 16", 18" or 20" bead or double rope chains. When choosing your chain length, please be sure to choose the same length for both the main listing and the upgrade.
Horizontal necklaces may use the included cable chain or may be upgraded to the double rope chain. They do not work well with the box and/or bead chains.
Also, all necklace types shown here are relatively delicate: 1.5 mm or thinner. If you would prefer a thicker chain I can special order one for you. Contact me via Etsy's conversation feature and we'll find the perfect chain for you!

All jewelry arrives ready for gift giving in a ribbon-tied box and is safely packaged in a bubble lined envelope.
Insurance is included up to $100 with Priority Mail and Express Mail. If you would like to add insurance to your first class package, please contact me after purchase. Resolutions for lost packages will be discussed on a case by case basis (very rare!).
Note to International customers: international orders may have additional fees due upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. The true value of your purchase will be marked on all customs forms and an invoice will be included in the package, as required by law. Items will be marked as "merchandise" on custom forms as it is illegal to mark merchandise as a "gift."

Ready to ship items (not personalized in any way) may be returned for refund if you are unsatisfied. Items must be unused and returned in the same condition in which I shipped them. Please use tracked/insured methods of shipping to return, as I will not refund for lost items.
US Buyers: If you intend to return an item please contact me within three days of delivery; the item(s) must be shipped back to me within seven days of delivery. It is recommended you use a tracked and insured form of shipping; return packages lost in transit will not be refunded.
International Buyers: Those residing outside of the US must return the item (get the item in the mail with proof of tracking) within 14 days. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. It is recommended you use a tracked and insured form of shipping; return packages lost in transit will not be refunded.
Returns will be processed upon arrival of your item back to me.
Custom orders (hand stamped personally for you with initials, names, dates, quotes, words, etc.) are non-returnable. The only exception to this is if I have made a mistake (i.e. the misspelling of a name). In this case I will send you a pre-paid label (PDF) via e-mail to send the item back to me for replacement.
Variations in spacing, depth of lettering and word/symbol placement/alignment should not be viewed as a flaw! Each letter and/or symbol is hand stamped one at a time, which results in a one-of-a-kind piece, with its own unique charm!

Note on gauge: Remember, the lower the number, the thicker the disc & the higher the quality. Sarah Briedis Handcrafted primarily uses 18g sterling silver and gold fill, which is about 1mm thick.
